PT Cladtek International following recent audit by Bureau Veritas has again received ISO 9001:2000 Approval effective 10th November 2008. Cladtek has embarked on further large investments with its new production plant located not far from its original plant on the Indonesian Island of Batam. The new plant is now some 75% complete and more news will follow in our next update.

Cladtek’s flagship facility in the free zone of Batam is located just 15km from Singapore. The new site will accommodate several year of growth with some 18000m2 under cover and 5 Ha pipe storage facility.

With a value in excess of USD35m this is Cladtek’s largest project to date and on of the largest value orders for CRA Flowline every placed in history. The Harweel Project selected 2mm thick liner materials to optimize utilization of the high cost alloy 825 CRA liner material.

Cladtek have completed their largest weld overlay project to date totaling nearly USD20m, this represents a major achievement to Cladtek’s aim to become a leader in the weld overlay of Pipe, Fittings and Flanges to compliment the CRA Lined Flowlines .
