Bend Testing Services
Cladtek have developed one of the most sophisticated and capable Full Scale Bend Test Facilities in the world. Primarily built as a tool to further Cladtek’s knowledge and development of lined pipe, the rig is now regularly contracted to third partly clients such as Tenaris, Technip and Bredero Shaw.
Rig is capable to test pipes from 4” to 30” (larger pipes on request), in 4 point bending mode and from 4” to 20” in reel lay simulation mode.

PT Cladtek International following recent audit by Bureau Veritas has again received ISO 9001:2000 Approval effective 10th November 2008. Cladtek has embarked on further large investments with its new production plant located not far from its original plant on the Indonesian Island of Batam. The new plant is now some 75% complete and more news will follow in our next update.
