- TIG welded to provide 100% metallurgical clad pipe ends
- Pipes can be re-beveled without the need to reinstate a seal weld
Manufacturing Procedure
- Procurement and inspection of carrier/outer pipes according to API 5L and/or customer specific requirements.
- Procurement and inspection of liner pipes according to ASTM and/or customer specific requirements.
- Preparation of bore or carrier pipe by blasting.
- Insertion and expansion of liner using expansion equipment.
- Seal Welding or Hot Wire TIG overlay of pipe ends and bevelling according to customer requirements.
- Destructive Testing - Bend Tests, Gripping Tests.
- Non-Destructive Testing - UT, DP, Hydrotest.
- Coating.
- Shipment.
